Ready to ship items are typically shipped in 2 to 3 business days. Custom dyes and dye to order typically takes 2-4 weeks. Most orders will ship USPS First Class or Priority, some will ship Retail Ground. All US orders include tracking.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All labels must be intact and like new. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
